First and most importantly, I am an uncle. So you probably will see me around 1:00 every day sending a text message to my nieces asking how school went. (It will be 3:00 back in Wisconsin).

• Licensed in real estate in 1997.
• Top producer for Century 21 Affiliated, developed a team and then become a sales manager.
• Divisional Sales Manager operating 4 offices.
• Team Leader of Keller Williams Madison Crossroads in April of 2006. I have sales, management, leadership and training experience.
• Operated as the Business Coach/Trainer for 250+ agents in Keller Williams Everett and Keller Williams Marysille in the greater Seattle area.
• Has delivered 1000+ trainings, conducted 2500+ hours of 1 to 1 coaching.

I work as the President of Business Development Training for the Wisconsin Listing Network.

I am the Founder of The Real Estate Campus (TREC), a community site for learning based agents. TREC provides ideas, strategies and tactics for its members to have the edge and advantage in any type of real estate market.

I am the Founder of Real Estate Growth Solutions (REGS), a consulting company for Real Estate Brokers. REGS helps Brokers grow their company and profit through recruiting growth, production increase and expense control.

In my time as a Realtor I served as the SouthWest Wisconsin Board of Realtors President Elect and in 2006 my local board used me as PR with this story, RASCW Member Darin Persinger in Heroic Rescue. This story was also in a KW Outfront.

Before any of that, I tried to make a living as a sponsored wakeboarder. I also enjoy snowboarding and playing guitar. I play guitar fairly well and sing really bad. That doesn’t stop me from singing though. Loudly. For some reason I think if I sing louder, I sound better.

I have a French Bulldog, named Pearl and she is the coolest thing in world. We love going for walks in the Puget Sound area.
