Nice analogy with the caddy and the business coach. I played a round of golf with my older brother recently and as we played I just gave him some course management advice. Things like no need to hit a driver on the hole hit a 3 wood it’s safer and hit the club that leaves you a distance to the hole that is not between clubs. Simple tips that had nothing to do with his swing and at the end if the day he shot his best round ever. I had no clue he was on pace to do that. It’s amazing what an outside perspective will do.
