
Last year, I came across this blog post at Escape From Cubicle Nation about the big 5 mid-year game-changing questions she was asking herself.
I sent it out to all the real estate agents of the offices I was coaching and training in. I want to share them with you and invite you to ask yourself these questions, reflect, review and answer along with me.
I am going to focus on giving incredible value to my clients. I want to help them build a bigger vision for their business and life. I want to help them build the business they desire, so they can live the life they deserve.
I will focus on real estate sales training and speaking to larger groups. I love working 1 to 1, but I know that I’m awesome in front of a crowd. Doing this will allow me to help more people.
I will focus on the business development for Socialcruiting.com. I have a product and service that no one else is offering and that I’m uniquely qualified to share. I will focus on doing a better job of taking consistent action on this project.
I will improve my intake program and my traveling. These both could be solved with the right hire.
I will grow the products side of my business. I have tons of content that can be packaged. My goal is to create, package and distribute 10 products and publish 2 books by the end of the year.
I will leave behind doubt. I have the challenge of playing to small some times because of a lack of faith. I will also leave behind the excuse that I can’t form certain habits and rituals because of my erratic schedule and chaotic life . Even when I’m traveling I should be able to eat right and exercise.
I have read 5-6 psychology books about decision making in the last 3 weeks. I love learning about psychology and especially when economics come in to play with it. I have been flirting with the idea of launching a book review website, where I can also interview authors. This would keep me on task for learning something new every week.
