
About three weeks ago you had an opportunity to hear me speak about one of my core business development strategies for real estate agents. Dan Keller (disclosure: Socialcruiting client of mine) invited me to come and speak to a few real estate agents that he is working with about my Geographic Farm 2.0.
One of the real estate agents in attendance was Briddick Webb, of eXp Realty. eXp Realty is very focused on technology and internet marketing, so I guess what I was sharing with Briddick really resonated with him.
Briddick and I had connected a few times online and via phone, but this was the first time for us to get to meet in person. It went to a completely different level tonight as he showed me around the eXp Realty 3D virtual office. I will be presenting to Briddick Webb and his fellow eXp real estate agents in this 3-D virtual office platform tomorrow.
I will be sharing my How to Dominate a Geographic Farm AKA Geographic Farming 2.0 to the entire eXp Realty brand, all of their agents, across all 10 states that this new real estate brokerage is currently in.
The platform that Briddick was showing me actually makes me a little nervous. Even though it is basically a webinar, I will have a virtual identity, standing behind a virtual podium and looking out into an audience of everyone else’s virtual identity. It looks like it’s going to be a pretty wild time!
I love sharing my Geographic Farm 2.0 business development strategy for real estate agents because it’s about using the technology tools and social media platforms to get small and truly connect with your community. Not just to gather followers, friends and likers.
